Terms of service

These terms cover the AutoWorks AI website, products sold through it and the general basis for client work. Each client project is also governed by its written proposal, which takes priority where the two differ.

Client projects

• Scope, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work starts.
• Fixed-scope projects are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless the proposal sets milestones.
• Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately and only carried out once approved.
• On full payment, ownership of the custom code and deliverables transfers to the client.
• Each project includes the bug-fix window stated in its plan. Third-party service costs (hosting, AI models, automation platforms) are paid by the client.

Products

Templates, kits and tools are licensed for use in your own business and your clients’ projects. Reselling or redistributing the product itself is not permitted. Service packages follow the client project terms above.

Confidentiality

Information you share is kept confidential. An NDA can be signed before any detailed discussion.

Website content

Case studies are published with client permission and may be anonymised. Content on this site is provided for information and may change without notice.

Liability

Work is delivered with care and tested before handover. Liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
