Privacy policy

AutoWorks AI is operated by Mohamed Ghandour, Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), project type, budget and message.
• Analytics: usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. In the EU, UK and Switzerland this only runs after you accept the cookie prompt.
• Purchases: if you buy a product, payment is handled by the checkout provider linked on the product page. I receive your name, email and order details, never your card details.

How it is used

Contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver work you request. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful. I do not sell or rent personal data, and I do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database on servers I manage. Emails are delivered through Resend. Images are served from Cloudflare R2. Analytics data is processed by Google, which may transfer it to the United States under its standard contractual safeguards. These providers process data only to provide their service.

Client project data

Data you share during a project is used only for that project, kept in systems you control wherever possible, and deleted or returned at the end of the engagement on request. I am happy to sign an NDA or a data processing agreement before you share anything sensitive.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you at any time by emailing the address above. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months.
